We were hit pretty hard by the hail storm on 9/23/23 in Henryetta, OK. It has been a nightmare dealing with insurance and even understanding what exactly insurance covers and how it is covered. Chad Taylor was amazing! I had a branch fall on my roof and was sure it was coming through. I called around and Chad was the only one who answered the phone! HANDS DOWN the best experience I could ever have hoped for considering my parents have dimentia and I work a full time job with a crazy schedule. I called to speak with someone about my parents house significantly settling in a short period of time (since when do doors not open overnight?) and... after crying to Chad Taylor on the phone for probably a good half hour he offered to come see for himself what I was trying to explain. PEOPLE. WHEN I SAY HE IS A GOD SEND. I mean it. He was so nice, and made us all laugh and smile. He was so patient with my parents and didn't mind repeating himself over and over AND OVER so they felt included.
